By accessing or using InstructorsEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
InstructorsEdge is a driving school management platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
InstructorsEdge is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription begins after the free trial period and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into InstructorsEdge. We do not claim ownership of your academy data or student records. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will aim to provide advance notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstructorsEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
